Slept OK last night. Up early and anxious to get hiking because the weather is perfect. It's only supposed to reach a high of 68 which is great, with blue skies.
Hiked past the official halfway point for this year's AT trail, 1094.6 miles. Just completed 24.8 miles and made it to Pine Grove Furnace State Park. Chef and I decided to keep going because the trail has been the easiest we've experienced so far since Georgia. It's flat, with little if any elevation gain and well layed out. Hiked into the early night and found a spot to tent camp.
5 / 21 Hiked past the city of Duncannon today and stopped for the night at Clarks Ferry Shelter mile 1151.2
